WINNERS
An inter-Section Diwali Lantern Competition was
organized in Indian Learners Own Academy on
10th October 2023. Around 50 students from class
3 participated in this Competition with zeal and
endeavor that usually associates with this festival. CLASS NAME POSITION
On the occasion of Diwali, these lanterns wish to 3A Johana Elza Ginu FIRST
remove darkness and gloominess from one’s life 3A Arjun Mathew FIRST
and replace it with light, hope and happiness.
Children crafted beautiful and colorful lanterns 3A Raidah Mohammad SECOND
using various techniques of folding and cutting 3A Shri Shaa Saravanan SECOND
paper. They later enlivened the lanterns with light 3A Eirene Sara Sibi THIRD
and colorful embellishments. This added color to 3B Levana Anna Binil FIRST
their festive celebration. They have maintained the 3B Joanna Mariya Jestin SECOND
spirit of Diwali and have showcased their talents. It 3B Aina Robin Mathew SECOND
was an awesome sight to see all the colorful
lanterns together. Their artisanship was quite 3B Jeremiah Abraham SECOND
alluring and was much appreciated by one and all. 3B Maniha THIRD
The students were judged based on specific 3C Alona Ann Binoy FIRST
criteria. The result of the competition was declared 3C Deetya Pramod FIRST
