                TOWARDS FUTURE – READY


                                              CAREERS





          Indian  Learners’  Own  Academy,  Kuwait,  in
          association  with  Indus  Group  and  The  Times
          Kuwait  organized  a  Career  Guidance  Program
          on  10  th  September  2025  for  the  students  of
          Classes  XI  and  XII.  The  initiative  was
          organized  by  Mr.  Wilson  D’cunha,  Director  of
          Advertising  and  Public  Relations  at  the  Times
          Kuwait  and  coordinated  by  Mr.  S  Thiagarajan,
          Director of Indus Group. The program aimed at
          equipping  students  with  valuable  insights  into
          higher  education  opportunities  and  career
          pathways.
          The  event  was  graced  by  distinguished
          representatives   from    reputed    universities
          across  India,  including  deans,  professors,  and
          admission  heads.  Eminent  academicians  such
          as Pritha Biswas and Dr. Raghunandan G from
          Christ  University,  Yasin  Patel  from  RV
          University,  Dr.  M.  Vignesh  from  Karpagam
          University,  Dr.  Bharat  Kumar  from  Karpagam
          Academy  of  Higher  Education,  Naseem  Banu
          from  Yenepoya  University,  Dr.  Rajeev  P.V.
          from  DCSMAT  Institutions,  Mr.  Sudhakara
          M.R.  and  Dr.  K.P.  Venkataswamy  from  REVA
          University,  enriched  the  program  with  their
          expertise.
          The  event  began  with  a  motivational  video  on
          the  importance  of  career  counseling,  followed
          by  a  thought-provoking  address  by  the
          Principal,  Mrs.  Asha  Sharma.  In  her  speech,
          she  stressed  the  need  for  students  to  prepare
          themselves  for  the  AI-driven  generation,
          highlighted the relevance of non-conventional
          courses,  and  encouraged  adaptability  in  the
          fast-changing world of work.
          A  special  highlight  was  the  announcement  of
          scholarships  for  top  scorers  and  students
          achieving    above     90%     in   the    board
          examinations,  an  initiative  welcomed  as  an
          inspiration for academic excellence.
          The  session  proved  to  be  highly  informative
          and inspiring, enabling students to gain clarity
          and  confidence  about  their  academic  and
          career   choices.   The   school    management
          expressed    its   deep    gratitude    to    the
          distinguished  guests  and  the  organizers  for
          their support in shaping the students’ futures.
