EDUCATIONAL TRIP

(2024-2025)

CLASS 6

On 15th May 2024, class 6 students
went for an educational trip to AL
Othman Educational Museum. We
started at 8 am from school in our
school bus.Bait Al-Othman is a
historic museum in Kuwait located
in Hawalli. Inaugurated by the Amir
of Kuwait in April 2013, the museum
is dedicated to the history and
culture of Kuwait from the pre-oil
era to present time.
I’m having a difficult time trying to
decide how much information I
should share about the place. When
I visited the museum last week,
basically various rooms covering
important aspects of Kuwait and its
history. Housh (courtyard),
diwaniyas, muqallatt, kitchen, living
room, master's bedroom and
visitors’ room can all be seen. There
are mini museums within the
museum such as the Kuwait Drama
Museum, Kuwait House Museum,
Heritage Hall, Kuwaiti Souq, and
Journey of Life Museum.
Bait Al-Othman Museum was a
history & culture-rich experience as
students learnt about Kuwait from
the pre-oil era to present time.I
realized Bait Al-Othman is by far
one of the most bizarre and
entertaining museums in Kuwait. I
had such a good time that I want to
go back again with more friends.
