          The election process at ILOA mirrored the structure

          procedures.  Students  actively  participated  in  the  Innovation Club  Don Siyon        11A
          electoral  process,  gaining  firsthand  experience  in  Secretaries  Meghana Anna        11A
          democratic participation.

          The Annual School Election for the session 2025-26
          was  held  in  school  premises  where  nominated
          students  fought  to  secure  their  position  in  twelve
          posts,  some  of  them  being  President,  Head
          Boy/Girl,  Vice  Head  Boy/Girl,  Sports  Captain
          Boy/Girl and others. The selection process started a
          month  back  when  potential  nominees  filed  their
          nomination  for  different  cabinet  posts  and  were
          selected by the Vice Principals based on scholastic
          as  well  as  co-scholastic  achievements,  their
          individual   efforts,   initiatives,   attitude   and
          aspirations.  The  candidates  then  proceeded  with
          their  campaigning  until  the  final  day  of  electronic
          ballot voting.


          The  following  well-deserving  students  came  out
          victorious in their campaigns and were selected to
          the student democratic club through majority votes.
          The  democratic  elections  at  Indian  Learners'  Own
          Academy  served  as  a  valuable  educational
          experience,  equipping  students  with  practical
          knowledge  of  the  electoral  process  and  instilling
          democratic values.
