MY GRATITUDE IN MY

TEACHING CAREER

I joined the School in August 2021 and ever since then I have experienced a range of
positive things in my teaching career.

I have noticed that students love and respect those teachers who understand them
and are humble. Of course, most of the students always like to be appreciated for all
their good efforts in studies as well as other school activities from time to time.

With humility, affection and understanding, we can win them and mould the way we
want them to be. The overall outcome is much better when we do not lose patience and
talk to them politely even when the pupils are found to be indisciplined. They always
start obeying us when we start appreciating them for their minutest achievement.
Undoubtedly it is very hard to be patient all the time particularly when teaching/
learning process is going on. We must always do our best so that students are driven
towards perfection in their studies and also in their overall conduct which is also
equally important.

At Indian Learners’ Own Academy, every teacher plays a role far beyond the
classroom. They are the true

ambassadors of our school’s vision, carrying its spirit into the wider community
with trust and pride. By encouraging their near and dear ones to become a part of
ILOA, they have helped us grow not just in numbers, but in the strength of our

community.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our teachers who have brought in new
admissions this year. Your faith in the institution reflects the bond you share

with ILOA and we are deeply grateful for the confidence you have shown.
We especially thank Mrs. Zeenat, Mrs. Deepa Jose, Mrs. Shiniamol, Mrs.
Rameeza Begum, Mrs. Anu Mathew and Mrs. Mohammedi Begum for being

the bridge that connects hearts and homes with our school. Your efforts remind
us that our school is more than an institution—it is a family, ever-growing
through the love and trust of its members.
